When contacting us, please include the make, model, and a detailed description of the fault — this allows us to assess your repair as efficiently as possible.
We charge a £40 inspection fee, which covers full diagnostic testing of your device.
After inspection, you will receive a clear estimate for parts and labour before any further work is carried out.
If you choose to proceed with the repair, the inspection fee is fully deducted from the final cost.
Please note:
- We are a specialist repair service and receive a high volume of enquiries. As a result, response times may be longer than usual.
- Due to limited capacity, we prioritise higher-value and specialist repairs.
- Repair turnaround times may vary depending on workload and parts availability.
- We do not repair TVs, except in rare cases.
